About this Blog

This site is dedicated to exploring the real world science behind the science fiction in the StarCraft universe. If you’ve ever wondered why two zerglings pop out of one egg, or how a zealot’s psionic blades really work, or what drugs are really in a space marine’s stim-pack, then you’ve come to the right place! If you have a topic that you think would be interesting, drop me an email at ryan [at] starcraftscience.com!

About the Author

Ryan Anderson is a PhD candidate at Cornell University. For his day job, he shoots rocks with lasers and looks for places to land on Mars. He started this site because it combines three of his favorite things: gaming, science, and writing. Ryan also blogs about space exploration, science fiction, and other cool stuff over at the Martian Chronicles, and occasionally contributes articles to Universe Today.
